Electrical Inspection Services

The IEE Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) require Periodic Inspection and Testing of electrical installations to be carried out at such intervals as are consistent with the type of installation, its use and operation, the frequency of maintenance, and the external influences upon it. A rule of thumb is that all commercial installations must be inspected at intervals no greater than 5 years (3 years for retail).

Inspection Status

4 Square can provide all inspection services for your fixed electrical systems and issue the necessary safety report confirming a safe installation and also detailing any recommendations considered necessary to maintain the system and sustain safety. The inspection carried out will be in accordance with all requirements from the IEE Code of Practice and all such test results will be recorded in the final inspection report.

We can provide our electrical system inspection service in any location including domestic and industrial and our inspection engineers are fully qualified to carry out inspection work in all such locations.

• Domestic dwellings : Approximately £100 (for up to six circuits including standard mandatory tests on system). Additional circuits - £15.
